My experience to become a professional home inspector began over 10 years ago.

I would purchase dilapidated properties as investments, and rebuild them into safe, reliable, and comfortable homes. With some of these properties, I would take a house down to the studs, replacing everything from the electrical and plumbing, to the roof that protects it all.

I have personal experience that goes beyond what a textbook or classroom can offer. My projects often went deeper than just a cosmetic brush over. Though I performed most of the work myself, I had opportunities to work beside some of the best tradesmen in the industry, where I learned the inner workings of a house. I knew that by doing a thorough and detailed job, I would have a product that my buyers would love.

My hands-on, personal experience with rebuilding homes offers you more value than a typical inspector with a basic certification. Knowing what is behind the walls, and how a house works as a system, is the key to doing a quality inspection.

I will provide you a professional home inspection that gives you the facts you need to negotiate your purchase. I’m on your side.
